STAFF WELL-BEING AND WELFARE

'Teachers and education staff are a school’s greatest resource.  The best thing for all our students is to be taught and supported by happy, healthy, highly qualified, and motivated staff.  Through our core values of aspiration, respect, and resilience we are committed to putting the well-being of our staff first, to ensure that we are providing our students with the one thing that will help them make good progress and reach their full potential: truly great teaching and support. Thereby promoting the common good for all.

The importance we place on the welfare and well-being of all our staff is reflected in our email protocol, well-being charter and our workload charter which adhere to our virtue of integrity and our values of aspiration, respect, and resilience.  We currently have two trained adult mental health first aiders on site to support staff and we are working with Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools.'
